Spagetti!

Simple and fast? Not really.

I love green stuff, especially wild garlic and parsley:

(it's relative to chives, can be used as sald or herb)

Ingredients:
2 onions,
2 carrots,
1/2 - 1 kg minced meat,
6 mushrooms.
2 peppers,
tomato puree x2,
wild garlic, parsley,
paprika, salt, pepper, oregano, basil,
2 tsp flour,
2 - 3 cloves of garlic,
malt vinegar

Chop onions

Grate carrots:

Pour olive oil on the pan, add onion and carrot + some salt.

I always mince meat at home, if you can not do it then ask the butcher to do it for you. It's important to know what's inside.

Chop mushrooms into slices:

Place peppers in the oven for at leat 30 minutes (to take of the skin):

Chop it.

Mix paprika, pepper, salt, flour and herbs together and add some water

Add 2 tbs of malt vinegar

Pour tomato puree to the meat

Chop parsley, wild garlic and garlic cloves

Add it to the meat and it's ready:

What about pizza?

I love pizza! This one is made from wholemeal rye flour:

300g wholemeal rye flour
100g coarse-grained flour
1tsp salt
250ml warm water
40g yeast (fresh)
1tsp sugar
2tbs oil

3tbs rye flour, warm water, sugar, yeast - mix all together then set aside for 20 minutes.

Place both flours and salt into a large bowl; add yeast mix and beat for 10 minutes. Cover and leave it for 1 hour in warm place. Meanwhile make the topping.

After 1 hour place pizza base on a flour-dusted surface roll out and add favourite topping. 180C.

Recipies :)

Yeast cake:

Ingredients:

7 g (instant yeast)
1 cup sugar
vanilla seeds (optional)
4 eggs
1 cup oil
3/4 cup warm milk
4 cups flour
salt (pinch)

Add all the ingredients. Beat until it's smooth, cover and leave it for 3 hours in warm place.  Pour the batter into the greased tube pan preheat the oven to 180C. The cake won’t double in size, like most bread recipes. Bake the cake for 45-50 minutes.

Happy Easter!

I'm an atheist but... Happy Easter to everyone who believes cause believing in something is important :)

SPRING IS COMING!

Last year I found something great for spring/summer:

Decided to try cause Iv got a problem with ingrow hair on my legs, plus they are always white after winter…
… And I was shocked! It really works!

My legs look really well, no marks, you almost can’t see scars (ingrow hair), legs look naturally tanned. Love it.
You can even use it when you go swimming as it’s waterproof. :) Great product!

PLACES WORTH SEEING

Baking Day!

Today's cake -> New York Cheesecake

I'v tried many recipes and this one is the best. Cheesecake is creamy and smoothe as it should be:

Here it is:

Ingredients:

Base:
165g digestive biscuits,
90g butter

Cheese mass:
1400g Philadelphia cheese,
250g sugar,
200g soured cream,
5 eggs,
70g plain flour

Sause:
200g soured cream,
3 tsp sugar,
2 tsp lemon juice.

Grease and line the base of a 26cm spring form cake tin.
Place the biscuits in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin to fine crumbs. Melt the butter and add the biscuit crumbs, stir to combine. Place in the base of the cake tin and spread in an even layer, then flatten. Leave in the fridge while you prepare the filling.
In a large bowl beat together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth then add the sour cream, flour and eggs, beat again.
Preheat the oven to 180C.Pour the cream cheese mix on to the biscuit base then bake in the oven for 45 minutes then reduce the oven to 160C and bake for another 70 minutes. Check the middle of the cheesecake with your finger tip. After this time it should be ready. Leave it in the oven to cool a little.
Prepare sause (combine ingredients) and pour on to the cheesecake. Bake for another 10 minutes (160C).

Once the cheesecake is cooked, turn off the oven and open the door so that it is slightly ajar and leave the cheesecake to cool in the oven.

Once the oven is cool you can remove the cheesecake to cool completely and place it into the fridge for 12h.

Tips:
1)Bake the cheesecake in a water bath to keep the oven moisture high and the heat gentle. (A water bath is using a larger pan containing water in which to place the smaller cheesecake baking pan.)
2)To make it white on the top place baking paper on the top of the cheesecake while baking.

Bon appetit :)
